Had a great experience buying my new Rapid Red 2022 Ford Edge. Graham, Brad, Tarryn and the rest of the team were awesome. Graham explained and showed me many features. They took time and listened, and made me comfortable. Thanks everyone!

April 30/24 - Service follow-up: I bought my 2022 Edge with 17 km on it in August, 2022. I love it and it's features. In October, 2023 I had a minor accident rear ending another car in the first snow of the season on slick roads. It resulted in $17,000 in repairs.
During the interim before it could be repaired, I had Lakeland Ford do a regular maintenance oil change. Mileage was about 42,000 km. I reported that there were hot spots on the brake rotors causing jerky braking. Warranty goes to 60,000 km. I was informed the rotors would not be covered by warranty even though 40,000 km is very low mileage to experience rotor break down on a new vehicle. The maintenance department commented that the accident may have contributed to the break problem. They could grind down the rotors, but there would be a charge. Nothing was done.
At 51,000 km I paid for another oil change. I reported the air conditioning was not functioning. Again they refused repair saying the accident was at fault and the air conditioning was "leaking everywhere". On return to the autobody one valve was tightened which had loosened with grid road vibration, and the air conditioning was recharged and fixed. We had been given the impression that the whole system needed replacing, but it was a minor fix that Lakeland could have performed.
To say I am disappointed in the service and excuses made by Lakeland Ford for my Edge is an understatement. I am extremely upset that they push off responsibility for fulfilling warranty work. The brakes are still not fixed.
If this is the level of warranty service to be expected, I can definitely say I will NEVER buy at Lakeland Ford, Prince Albert again!
May 10/24 Lakeland followed up on the disappointing service. They were very sorry to hear that their service was not up to expectations and offered to take the Edge back for another check.
